Automatic moulding plant
System Description
Boxless vacuum moulding plant 720 x 560 x 180- 250/ 180- 250 - Haflinger type
Box-bound moulding plant: 950 x 650 x 250/250 – Künkel & Wagner type
Batch sizes upwards of 5 boxes / bales
Production of individual parts (hand-moulded casting) small and (upwards of 5 pieces) medium sized batches, hand-moulding of pieces of up to 3m length possible
GJL: hand-moulded casting of pieces with weights from 1.0 up to approx. 5,000 kg GJS: hand-moulded castings of pieces with weights form 1.0 up to approx. 5,000 kg
Full mould casting of pieces with weights of up to approx. 5,000 kg
Core shop
System description
Resol phenol technique, curing realised through CO2; utilisation of furan resin, shop equipped with sundry core shooters
Melting plant
System description
Equipped with two MF furnaces (3t), computer-controlled for optimal fusion; commissioned in 2001 – Inductotherm type
Blasting installation

Blasting chamber I - Vogel & Schemmann type Blasting chamber II - Rump type
Annealing furnace
System description
Dimensions: l x w x h = 3,000 x 1,300 x 2,000 mm – Nabertherm type
Tension removal achieved through stress relief annealing
