V-groove milling units

The three V-groove milling supports can, independent of each other, be motor-adjusted in vertical direction. Each of the three main drive motors has a driving power of 15 kW and can separately be adjusted in a continuous manner. The option to adjust the milling supports, which have all been mounted on a joint base plate, in lateral direction (position freely selectable within a range from 20 up to 150 mm) is another integrated feature.

The machine slide is a welded-steel structure. The guide rails run on a steel substructure, are suited for direct mounting on industrial floors and require no foundation works.

Clamping facility model 564 V
The solid clamping beam along with adjusting stop and vacuum unit enables to remove workpieces from the customer's transport trolley and to fix them safely during machining. The manually displace¬able vacuum unit allows to receive workpieces that are to be machined on their tops.
