The German / Dutch investment group Nimbus, oriented to a long-term engagement, joined the company as new owner. Nimbus will support the company in addition to financing with its experience in the machinery equipment industry.
The new company ebu Burkhardt GmbH aims to continue its trustful relation to customers, suppliers and the Bayreuth community under the management of Jörg Berger.
